Romans 9:16

16Soἄραthenοὖν[it is] notοὐof theτοῦwillingθέλοντοςnorοὐδὲof theτοῦrunningτρέχοντοςbutἀλλὰτοῦshowing mercyἐλεῶντοςof Godθεοῦ.

So then, [it is] not of the one willing, nor of the one running, but of God having mercy.
