Romans 9:18

18Soἄραthenοὖνto whomὃνHe wantsθέλειHe shows mercyἐλεεῖ,whomὃνnowδὲHe wantsθέλειHe hardensσκληρύνει.

So then, He has mercy on whom He wants, and He hardens whom He wants.
