Romans 2:28

28Notοὐforγὰρthe [one]ὁonἐνtheτῷoutwardφανερῷa JewἸουδαῖόςisἐστιν,neitherοὐδὲthe [one]ἡoutwardlyἐνtheτῷoutwardφανερῷinἐνfleshσαρκὶ[is] circumcisionπεριτομή·

For [it is] not the one [who] on the outside is a Jew, nor [is] [that] on the outside in flesh circumcision.
