Romans 15:12

12AndκαὶagainπάλινIsaiahἨσαΐαςsaysλέγει·There will beἜσταιtheἡrootῥίζατοῦof JesseἸεσσαί,andκαὶthe [One]ὁarisingἀνιστάμενοςto rule overἄρχεινGentilesἐθνῶν·inἐπ’Himαὐτῷ[the] Gentilesἔθνηwill hopeἐλπιοῦσιν.

And again, Isaiah says: “There will be the root of Jesse, and the One arising to rule over the Gentiles; in Him the Gentiles will hope.”
