Matthew 6:7

7PrayingΠροσευχόμενοιnowδὲnotμὴdo use vain repetitionsβατταλογήσητεlikeὥσπερtheοἱpagansἐθνικοί,they thinkδοκοῦσινforγὰρthatὅτιinἐνtheτῇmany wordsπολυλογίᾳof themαὐτῶνthey will be heardεἰσακουσθήσονται·

And praying, do not use vain repetitions like the Gentiles, for they think that in their many words they will be heard.
