Matthew 1:20

20These thingsταῦταnowδὲof himαὐτοῦhaving ponderedἐνθυμηθέντοςbeholdἰδοὺan angelἄγγελοςof [the] Lordκυρίουinκατ’a dreamὄναρappearedἐφάνηto himαὐτῷsayingλέγων·JosephἸωσὴφsonυἱὸςof DavidΔαυίδ,notμὴyou should fearφοβηθῇςto receiveπαραλαβεῖνMaryΜαρίαν[as] theτὴνwifeγυναῖκάof youσου,thatτὸforγὰρinἐνherαὐτῇhaving been conceivedγεννηθὲνfromἐκ[the] SpiritπνεύματόςisἐστινHolyἁγίου·

But [on] his having pondered these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph son of David, you should not be afraid to receive Mary [as] your wife, for that having been begotten in her is from the Holy Spirit.
