Luke 24:37

37Having been terrifiedπτοηθέντεςhoweverδὲandκαὶfilled with fearἔμφοβοιhaving beenγενόμενοιthey were thinking [themselves]ἐδόκουνa spiritπνεῦμαto seeθεωρεῖν.

But having been terrified, and having been filled with fear, they were thinking themselves to see a spirit.
