Hebrews 2:14

14SinceἘπεὶthereforeοὖνtheτὰchildrenπαιδίαhave partakenκεκοινώνηκενof bloodαἵματοςandκαὶof fleshσαρκός,alsoκαὶHeαὐτὸςlikewiseπαραπλησίωςtook part inμετέσχενtheτῶνsame thingsαὐτῶν,so thatἵναthroughδιὰ[His]τοῦdeathθανάτουHe might destroyκαταργήσῃthe [one]τὸνtheτὸpowerκράτοςholdingἔχοντατοῦof deathθανάτου,thatτοῦτ’isἔστιtheτὸνdevilδιάβολον,

Therefore, since the children have shared in blood and flesh, He also likewise partook of the same things, so that through death He might render powerless the one having the power of death, that is, the devil,
