Hebrews 11:40

40τοῦGodθεοῦforπερὶusἡμῶνbetterκρεῖττόνsomethingτιhaving plannedπροβλεψαμένου,so thatἵναnotμὴapart fromχωρὶςusἡμῶνthey should be made perfectτελειωθῶσιν.

God having planned something better for us, so that not apart from us, they should be perfected.
