Acts 27:38

38Having been filledκορεσθέντεςthenδὲwith foodτροφῆςthey began to lightenἐκούφιζονtheτὸshipπλοῖονcasting outἐκβαλλόμενοιtheτὸνwheatσῖτονintoεἰςtheτὴνseaθάλασσαν.

And having been filled with food, they began to lighten the ship, casting out the wheat into the sea.
