Acts 27:20

20Neitherμήτεnowδὲsunἡλίουnorμήτεstarsἄστρωνappearingἐπιφαινόντωνforἐπὶmanyπλείοναςdaysἡμέρας,tempestχειμῶνόςandτεnoοὐκsmallὀλίγουlying on [us]ἐπικειμένου,from then onλοιπὸνwas abandonedπεριῃρεῖτοhopeἐλπὶςallπᾶσατοῦbeing savedσῴζεσθαιof usἡμᾶς.

And neither sun nor stars appearing for many days, and no small storm lying on [us], from then on all hope of our being saved was abandoned.
