2 Corinthians 1:9

9Butἀλλὰweαὐτοὶinἐνourselvesἑαυτοῖςtheτὸsentenceἀπόκριματοῦof deathθανάτουhadἐσχήκαμεν,in order thatἵναnotμὴtrustingπεποιθότεςwe should beὦμενinἐφ’ourselvesἑαυτοῖςbutἀλλ’inἐπὶτῷGodθεῷthe [One]τῷraisingἐγείροντιtheτοὺςdeadνεκρούς·

But we have had in ourselves the sentence of death, so that we should not be trusting in ourselves, but in God, the One raising the dead,
