1 John 3:17

17Whoeverὃςnowδ’ἂνmight haveἔχῃtheτὸνgoodsβίονof theτοῦworldκόσμουandκαὶmight seeθεωρῇtheτὸνbrotherἀδελφὸνof himαὐτοῦneedχρείανhavingἔχονταandκαὶmight close upκλείσῃtheτὰheartσπλάγχναof himαὐτοῦfromἀπ’himαὐτοῦ,howπῶςtheἡloveἀγάπητοῦof Godθεοῦabidesμένειinἐνhimαὐτῷ;

Now whoever may have the goods of the world, and may see his brother having need, and might shut his heart from him, how does the love of God remain in him?
