Romans 13:5

5Thereforeδιὸnecessary [it is]ἀνάγκηto be subjectὑποτάσσεσθαι,notοὐonlyμόνονon account ofδιὰtheτὴνwrathὀργὴνbutἀλλὰalsoκαὶon account ofδιὰtheτὴνconscienceσυνείδησιν,

Therefore [it is] necessary to be subject, not only because of wrath, but also because of the conscience.
