Matthew 5:42

42To the [one]τῷasking ofαἰτοῦντίyouσεgiveδός,andκαὶthe [one]τὸνdesiringθέλονταfromἀπὸyouσοῦto borrowδανίσασθαιnotμὴyou shall turn away fromἀποστραφῇς.

To the one asking you, you should give, and from the one wanting to borrow from you, you should not turn away.
