Matthew 24:22
22Andκαὶifεἰnotμὴhad been shortenedἐκολοβώθησανtheαἱdaysἡμέραιthoseἐκεῖναι,notοὐκἂνthere would have been savedἐσώθηanyπᾶσαfleshσάρξ·because ofδιὰhoweverδὲtheτοὺςelectἐκλεκτοὺςwill be shortenedκολοβωθήσονταιtheαἱdaysἡμέραιthoseἐκεῖναι.
And if those days were not shortened, not any flesh would have been saved; but because of the chosen, those days will be shortened.
