Matthew 19:11

11ὁAndδὲHe saidεἶπενto themαὐτοῖς·NotΟὐallπάντεςreceiveχωροῦσιtheτὸνwordλόγονthisτοῦτονbut only [those]ἀλλ’to whomοἷςit has been givenδέδοται.

And He said to them, “Not all receive this word, but [those] to whom it has been given.
