33Whoeverὃςifἐὰνmay seekζητήσῃtheτὴνlifeψυχὴνof himαὐτοῦto saveπεριποιήσασθαιwill loseἀπολέσειitαὐτήν,whoeverὃςandδ’ἂνwill lose [it]ἀπολέσῃwill preserveζῳογονήσειitαὐτήν.
Whoever may seek to keep his life will lose it; but whoever may lose [it] will preserve it.
