John 8:42

42Saidεἶπενto themαὐτοῖςὁJesusἸησοῦς·IfΕἰὁGodθεὸςFatherπατὴρof youὑμῶνwereἦνyou would have lovedἠγαπᾶτεἂνMeἐμέ,IἐγὼforγὰρfromἐκτοῦGodθεοῦcame forthἐξῆλθονandκαὶam hereἥκω·not evenοὐδὲforγὰρofἀπ’Myselfἐμαυτοῦhave I comeἐλήλυθα,butἀλλ’HeἐκεῖνόςMeμεsentἀπέστειλεν.

Jesus said to them, “If God were your⁺ Father, you⁺ would love Me, for I came forth from God and am here; for neither have I come of Myself, but He sent Me.
