John 5:19

19AnsweredἈπεκρίνατοthereforeοὖνὁJesusἸησοῦςandκαὶwas sayingἔλεγενto themαὐτοῖς·TrulyἈμὴνtrulyἀμὴνI sayλέγωto youὑμῖν,notοὐis ableδύναταιtheὁSonυἱὸςto doποιεῖνofἀφ’HimselfἑαυτοῦnothingοὐδὲνbutἐὰνnotμήanythingτιHe might seeβλέπῃtheτὸνFatherπατέραdoingποιοῦντα·whateverἃforγὰρἂνHeἐκεῖνοςdoesποιῇ,these thingsταῦταalsoκαὶtheὁSonυἱὸςlikewiseὁμοίωςdoesποιεῖ.

Therefore Jesus answered and was saying to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you⁺, the Son is able to do nothing from Himself, if not anything He may see the Father doing; for whatever He may do, these things the Son also does likewise.
