John 2:6

6There wereἦσανnowδὲthereἐκεῖof stoneλίθιναιwater jarsὑδρίαιsixἓξaccording toκατὰtheτὸνpurificationκαθαρισμὸνof theτῶνJewsἸουδαίωνstandingκείμεναι,having spaceχωροῦσαιforἀνὰmetretaeμετρητὰςtwoδύοorἢthreeτρεῖς.

Now there were six stone water jars lying there, according to the purification of the Jews, having space for two or three metretae.
