John 2:10

10andκαὶsaysλέγειto himαὐτῷ·EveryΠᾶςmanἄνθρωποςfirstπρῶτονtheτὸνgoodκαλὸνwineοἶνονsets outτίθησιν,andκαὶwhenὅτανthey might have drunk freelyμεθυσθῶσινtheτὸνinferiorἐλάσσω·youσὺhave keptτετήρηκαςtheτὸνgoodκαλὸνwineοἶνονuntilἕωςnowἄρτι.

and says to him, “Every man first sets out the good wine, and when they might have become drunk, the inferior; you have kept the good wine until now.”
