Hebrews 1:10

10Andκαί·YouΣὺinκατ’[the] beginningἀρχάς,Lordκύριε,of theτὴνearthγῆνlaid the foundationἐθεμελίωσας,andκαὶworksἔργαof theτῶνhandsχειρῶνof Youσούareεἰσινtheοἱheavensοὐρανοί·

And: “You, in the beginning, Lord, laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are works of Your hands.
