1 Corinthians 14:28

28Ifἐὰνhoweverδὲnotμὴthere isᾖan interpreterδιερμηνευτής,let him be silentσιγάτωinἐν[the] churchἐκκλησίᾳ,to himselfἑαυτῷthenδὲlet him speakλαλείτωandκαὶτῷto Godθεῷ.

But if there may be no interpreter, let him be silent in the church, and let him speak to himself and to God.
